The Winter UK Promo for the People of The Tail Section
(overlay of the beach, then fade to black)
(Overlay of the jungle, then fade to black)
(overlay of The Outpost, then fade to black)
(Overlay of a new place, similar to The Outpost but it’s covered in a few more vines, and it’s got a view of the ocean. There is an antique neon sign and it’s flashing Broadway but only the “B”, “A” and the “Y” seem to work.)
(Scene changes to show Mia’s face. We hear Brendon’s voice in the background)
Brendon = This will be your final test.
(scene changes to show Seth’s face, in the pouring rain)
Brendon= Every step you have taken up until this moment has brought you to this precise event.
(Scene changes of Shanna holding Flower who is looking very afraid. They seem to be hiding)
Brendon = What you do will define, not only who you are but what you are prepared to do.
(scene shows Jenny running down the beach and she dives into the sand as Monoxide swoops above her)
Mia = What should we be prepared to do?
(scene shows Jilly sleeping with Eddie in her arms. Then a gun emerges into the scene behind her head. She awakes to a massive GASP, then the screen goes black and all we hear is Brendon’s voice)
Brendon = Whatever it takes to survive.
(Scenes began to erupt in massive sequence. A slow/fast opera music played in the background to the scenes that flash on the screen)
(McKay walking through the bunches, hacking at branches. Tony and Marita are right behind him, as is Kate, Locke and a few others, but we can’t see them)
(Alexander in fighting stance on the beach, with his two favorite blades)
(Kellye on the beach with an M-60, firing it at an unseen enemy; shell cases flying all around her. Behind her, Jenny is beating someone up)
(Mr. Kangaroo going up in flames)
(Hal is wrestling with an unknown man in a green coat, just like the other members of the Liberation. They are fighting for a gun that fell into the sand)
(Hurley holding up his hands with two rifles pointed into his face. Joscelyn is hiding behind him; abject terror in her face)
(Charlie running through the jungle, holding Aaron while bullets ricochet in the ground at his feet)
(John kneeling down in the jungle, his face covered in mud. He has the look of rage on him)
(Kristy getting tackled by Jenny as a massive shape bursts from the woods, nearly running her down)
(Joscelyn pointing a gun at an unseen enemy. She’s not scared but she is hyperventilating. She pulls the trigger and the screen goes black)
LOST: THE PEOPLE OF THE TAIL SECTION
Mia = How much more do we have to face, Brendon?! I want to go home!
(scene cuts to Mia, sitting on a porch. She is four years older. Her look is a mixture of sadness and relief. We hear Brendon’s voice in the background)
Brendon = You will.
